As a Sales Growth Coordinator, you’ll drive structured follow-ups, source qualified opportunities from an existing database, and support appointment setting for senior leadership. This execution-focused role centers on CRM discipline, email outreach, and coordination—laying the groundwork for scalable, high-impact growth.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in in-house sales, sales coordination, inside sales, marketing, or CRM operations
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience supporting appointment setting, follow-up, or lead nurturing preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with proven follow-up discipline
  • Ability to support U.S.-based executives and work extended U.S. business hours
  • Interest in financial services, banking, or capital markets is a plus
  • Knowledge or experience in personal investing

Your Daily Tasks
Database Follow-Up & Lead Sourcing (Top Priority)

  • Own consistent follow-up across a 3,000–4,000 contact database
  • Execute professional email outreach to re-engage dormant leads
  • Create and complete HubSpot tasks after every interaction
  • Identify warm opportunities and escalate qualified leads for meetings and demos
  • Support appointment scheduling through Calendly

COI & Association Management

  • Research, organize, and maintain a database of Centers of Influence
  • Identify new state banking associations and strategic partners
  • Support outbound engagement, association communications, and light event coordination
  • Track engagement and productivity of COI relationships

Campaign Execution

  • Coordinate outbound email campaigns, webinars, and association announcements
  • Assist in drafting outreach emails, newsletters, blogs, and campaign copy using AI tools
  • Monitor campaign cadence, volume, and effectiveness across regions

HubSpot CRM Management

  • Serve as the internal HubSpot power user
  • Tag and segment contacts by state, company type, demo status, association, and year
  • Manage workflows, dashboards, task queues, and automation
  • Maintain high data accuracy across prospects, clients, and COIs

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Log all outreach activity in HubSpot with immediate follow-up creation
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on outreach, meetings set, and conversions
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and marketing resources
  • Support a scalable, team-based business development model
